It was so convenient being very close to the train station, making it easy to explore the surroundings. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The staff provided excellent service and communication, ensuring a smooth check-in process. it was a delightful experience.

One small downside was the lack of reception, which made it difficult to address any issues or concerns during my stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, being very close to the train station and situated right in the heart of the city. We were just a 10-minute walk away from the station, which was very convenient. The hotel was also located beside main bars and restaurants, allowing us to easily explore the local dining scene. Additionally, it was only a 3-minute walk to Peschiera Port, where we could catch boat trips and buses to explore the rest of the lake.

I always stay here and never regret it. The staff recommended a better taxi for me on my first visit. It has everything I need: free Wi-Fi, handicap parking, luggage storage, 24-hour security, welcome drink. I'm coming back for a holiday.

The bathroom had nice toiletries and a proper hairdryer. I felt safe and secure during my stay. The location was great, with plenty of local restaurants and easy access to the train station and bus stops. The owner, Alessandro, was responsive and helpful with any issues. Beautiful setting with canal views, close to cafes and restaurants, and 10 minutes walk from the main train station. The room was luxurious, with thick and luxurious sheets and pillows. The hidden kitchenette and small, well-made bathroom were enjoyable. The shower had hot water and great pressure. The cafe downstairs had the best aperitivo. Checking in and out was remote but well done, with lots of communication from Alessandro.

Some rooms had no blinds in the bathroom, making it visible from the outside. The soaps in the shower were empty.
